Lindsay Miller is a second generation attorney in a family devoted to the practice of law. She is currently developing her practice in Civil Litigation and has experience representing individuals in matters including civil rights, legal malpractice, contracts, business litigation, employment, personal injury and class action.
Mrs. Miller also has experience representing asylees. She successfully obtained asylum in a removal proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Court for a domestically abused woman in Honduras and a Stay Pending Removal in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals for a man denied asylum from Sierra Leone.
Mrs. Miller graduated from Villanova University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she was as a staff writer of the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. During law school Mrs. Miller participated in the Homeless Advocacy Project, which assisted indigent individuals with legal matters, and was a member of the Women's Law Caucus. Mrs. Miller studied at the University of Ca'Foscari in Venice, Italy where she completed coursework in International Business Transactions and Comparative Trial, Evidence and Procedure. Mrs. Miller also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Joseph Farnan of the United States District Court of Delaware and the Philadelphia District Attorney's office.
Not one to shy away from difficult challenges in either the law or in life, Mrs. Miller brings an adventurous spirit to the firm. She is active with the American red cross where is is certified as a Disaster Action Team Member.
Mrs. Miller is licensed to practice law in California and Pennsylvania.
